End to End solution for Bustrunking System

  • Understanding customer requirements and taking site measurement as per load requirement and machine layout.
  • Preparing Detailed Engineering Drawings  with BOQ and getting approval from Client/Consultant.
  • Design  & Fabrication of required Supporting Structure for BBT
  • Installation of BBT by trained manpower with correct tools and tackles.

Copper Braided Flexbiles

  • These highly flexible connectors are manufactured by using copper wire of any diameter as per requirement. The above copper connectors are made from bare, tined and silver plated copper. The contact areas are assembled with pressed copper connectors, bare and on request tin or silver coated. Hot tinned dipped ends can also be provided to give perfect conductivity.

Copper Laminated Flexbiles

  • Copper laminated flexible jumpers are manufactured by stacking several foils of electrolytic copper and then applying high current under high pressure. This is a special metal diffusion whereby the metal itself melts and forms homogenous bonds thus giving a very negligible,

Cable Connection between PIB to Machine

Inerconnection Between BBT Plug in Box/Tap of Box to machinery of plant through cable . Also using Pipe for lay of cable during inerconnation of PIB/TOB to machinery.

Feeder type BBT Installation

  • Generally Feeder BBT is used to comment two ends pf supply and load wise, PCC to Transformer ,PCC to DC, PCC to APFC,DG panel to DG,or any other kind as per site Required.
  • There is no arrangement to tap power from in between the two ends of BBT .
  • Typical connection of feeder dust is shown in photo.
  • BBT is connected to PCC/TR/DG/IMC by means of Adaptor BOX interconnecting link and copper flexible as per site refuse.
  • BBT can be run outdoor also with IP65 rating to connect power supply between two building as any other site required.
  • Special case should be taken while using out door BBT for supporting and canopy installation is must to avoid any water logging on BBT.

Vertical Installation of BBT

  • Vertical Installation is generally used for building like Hotel, Hospital, Mall or Residential /Commercial building  for power supply to floor.
  • BBT is connected with LT Panel or to End feel unit at basement /ground floor as per site required and run up to Top of building with plug in box insulator at each forever.
  • Power from plug in box is used for further distribution on that particulars floor.
  •  Typical vertical pic is as shown BBT is suspended by Vertical Spring hangers and fixed supports on each floor to ensure no Wight is true on joint.

Horizontal Installation of BBT

  • Most of Modern Industries / Building is using BBT for Power Distribution.
  • BBT is Charged from LT Panel and Run the machining in case of Horizontal run in Industries to give supply to Machines through Tap-off Box.
  • Power is fed to machine from the Plug in Box mounted on BBT.
  • Normally Plug in Box is install to the nearest location to the machine and cable connects is given from Plug in Box to machine. Necessary, PVC pipe or cable try is used to drop cable from TOB / PIB to machine.
  • By using BBT for Power distribution has many advantages like, No need for trench, No fire hazed in case of fire, No worry of water lugging / littering in cable trench, Power distribution from top by BBT is much neat and clean, No scope for cable puncture or power outage because of cable failure, low wattage loss and voltage drop. Sturdy and fail safe System.

  • BBT is run along with columns or wall throughout the plant in horizontal route and is supported by version supply arrangement like suspension from ceiling, rest on structure, etc.
